I've done business with Seigels many times. I took a friend in there to see what they would offer her. This gentleman was so rude to us. Pretty much told us to just leave. So I received my wedding ring from there at Christmas. Had to have it sized of course. Got it back and you would think that it would have been checked .Well one of the diamonds came out (where I have know idea) so Steve took it back and they are charging us a 100.00 bucks. I visited this shop 6 weeks ago. Spent about a hour with Carol, she told me when the owner came back from vacation she would call me back with a price of a 2 CT. Diamond I wanted made. NEVER got back to me. I should have figured. While I was there looking, she cut me off pretty fast after I had tons of questions. I wanted to get the ring just right. Maybe it was to much for Carol. I wasted 6 weeks waiting for a return call. I don't recommend shopping here for any special occasions. It has put a damper on my special purchase ... read more

My wife lost the diamond out of her wedding band. A friend said they had done business with siegels before and they were treated well. They gave me a quote to replace the diamond and told me it would be three weeks to have it done and ready. At four weeks I called and was told that it was not done and they would check with the jeweler and call me back. No one ever called back.
