Just a horrible experience at the Sunset Garden Townhomes!!! they are trying to charge people rent after they moved out of an uninhabitable apartment roach infested no hot water for weeks and poorly insulated they are slum lords and are extremely unprofessional not taking action against loud disturbances for month’s consecutively especially Litha Dillion who’s seems senile and forgetful and who likes to treat people like they are beneath her from her awful attitude and dirty looks she even yelled at me when I was asking for ... read more
The company doesn't care and are rude. My apartment boiler went out. And this happeneds every year.. so I'm stuck with no hot water for days, this time it's three days. And no deduction on rent . No compensation for our inconvenience. I was told to boil water on my stove by litha... Are u joking.....but if we're late on rent we get late fees and notices on the door.. (not me ). But still... I think I'll be moving next year they lost a faithful resident . The audacity
Best on site manager ever goes to Digna at sunset gardens townhomes. We lived there for approximately 8 years and within those years we’ve had two on site managers total. Prior one was young and didn’t take much responsibility and care of the property until Digna took over. Digna took care of the property as soon as she came on site. she takes care of any work orders that we’ve requested in a timely manner. Digna is very friendly and kind. Sadly she is no longer there but she has made living there a great experience.
