La Granada Apartments not safe there was a shooting July 15, 2026 in front of the apartments and the shooters hid in the laundry room the police were searching everywhere. Not sure if they were ever found. The gate is broken and anyone can drive in and drive out as they please.
If the location you are looking at is managed by this group, run don't walk to the nearest exit. This has been my experience with this management group for the last 18 months. The solar that was promised on the first 12 months of the lease never came to be. No updates are ever provided unless asked and only vague information is provided and no progress is ever made or discussed. No eta nothing. This is my hero of the year at my commercial office complex —> our Siegel property management representative cleaning our office complex bathrooms ☀️ bc a particular landlord is epic-failing in fulfilling contractual duties like um providing basic bathroom supplies & cleaning bathrooms (as most lessees have no in-office restrooms).
