I can guarantee he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He not only takes time for every patient whether they are in the hospital, in his office, or in their home. He answers every call any time of day or night. He even came to my home to take care of my very sick mother and was a Godsend. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

The receptionist Linda is the worst and most disrespectful person I have ever met. I overheard her making racist remarks to her fellow receptionist Bianca as well, who seemed accepting and in tacit agreement of racist remarks. Call Dr Siedlecki directly if you can, just to avoid her.

Myself and my nursing staff called this office to schedule a much needed consult for a patient of ours. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Linda appeared as very irritable, arrogant, disrespectful, and uneducated. She hung up on myself more than once and refused to give her last name. She was unable to display professionalism or decent customer service. I would never send a patient, friend, or loved one to an office that has a staff that behaves this way. Would not recommend this office at all!!

Would not recommend this office. I called on behalf of one of my patients to schedule an appointment and the staff member “Linda” is extremely rude and hung up on my face while I was inquiring on the required documents needed to schedule. Myself and another nurse called back to complain and was hung up on again. We had our supervisor call again to request her last name so she could be reported and per Linda “you don’t need my name, you don’t need any of that” and she hung up again.
