Siebke Hoyt is truly amazing! I went in and met with Jake and he helped me select the perfect ring. There was an issue with the ring that was out of their control and they stepped up to the plate. They went above and beyond what most would be willing to do to fix the problem! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a one of a kind experience!
The service and relationships that are built with the staff is amazing! Never once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Dawn is who we worked with and she IS INCREDIBLE! So laid back, knowledgeable and willing to answer the million questions I had! I could definitely tell she truly cared and was so happy for our engagement!
