I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.
