Certain floor planks have popped up and I have been endeavoring to contact them, but I have not been successful.
Our decision to hire this company to renovate our upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stairs proved to be a disappointment. We are now compelled to hire another contractor to address the issues with the stairs, which include gaps and uneven placements. The company's rates were exorbitant, and their work failed to meet the expected standards.
We needed new flooring for 3 rooms in our house, and throughout the entire process, I was amazed with the level of service we received. Jack was extremely helpful with helping us find the right vinyl flooring, and giving us the best value without any kind of sales pressure. The installation crew was fast and courteous, and even made our experience easier by dropping off some materials early due to inclement weather. Had an appointment scheduled for someone to come and measure my house for vinyl flooring. The person never showed up. Disappointed to say the least, I thought they would have better customer service but I guess not.
Bummed they don't actually have area rugs. Salesman said they make custom rugs from carpet, which is nice but not what we drove all the way there to see. If you're gonna do that why not get it installed wall-to-wall?
