Even though they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule, everyone was so nice and accommodating. The doctor was thorough, the reception employees were very friendly, nothing bad to say at all. It is unfortunate that the parking in the building is so expensive and they don't validate, but that's pretty normal and a high-rise environment.
