I didn't see the dr. My visit was to go over what they will be doing when I have hand surgery. They explained everything so I could understand.
Dr. Baucom and his staff are great. Dr. Baucom is a great surgeon and fixed my problem. I want to give a praise to Shayne, PA-C. Shayne is great listener, explains easy to understand, and has excellent professional manner. His staff always are nice and welcoming.
Got me in quickly, answered my question, and got my thumb set in a cast and let me go.
Dr. Baucam is very personable and caring. I enjoyed the experience.
The doctor I spoke with was very friendly and listened to me. He explained the steps needed before we could decide what needed to be done. A very pleasant experience.
