I worked for them for over 5 years, no complaints.
All our outlets went out in the lower level of our house over the weekend, I left a message and on Monday morning they sent an electrician out to fix the problem, turns out it was a loose burnt wire in an outlet which a closet was built over. He would not give up til he found the source of the outage. We rely on Sidney for all our electric needs. They do a great job on our yearly generator maintenance too.
A very sweet lady picked up the phone first ring after I got home from a 12 hour night shift to a hot house due to electrical issues which affected my air conditioning. They had a technician to my home within a few hours of calling and had the issue resolved promptly. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. This was my first experience with Sidney and now they’ll be the only ones doing electrical work on my home.
