The office staff and Dr. Sidney Cradduck were top notch. I came here because of the excellent reviews and now I’m writing my own. They are very thorough, caring and gentle, and took the time to talk about any concerns I had as well as making suggestions. I highly recommend them.
Loved the service all around! Jane always makes me feel comfortable and my teeth feel nice and clean. Dr. Cradduck is super knowledgeable in this profession and is willing to answer any of my questions. Front desk shows amazing customer service, always ready to strike up a conversation. Best place in Hagerstown to get your teeth cleaned.
I had a meeting yesterday with Dr Cradduck and his assistant Mary. I have been a patient of this office for more than thirty years. I had some problems and I was more than delighted how Dr Cradduck handled the situation. Thanks again for your assistance.
Mary, the office mgr was so very helpful in getting me set as a new patient. Jane, my Dental Hygienist, was quite impressive with her knowledge of dentistry and has a nice gentle touch.
