Buyer Beware The Gutter Works installed heating tape on my roof in my rain gutters and downspouts. It worked that first winter and then stopped working. I called them and asked if they would send someone out to see why it wasn't working. They said yes, but no one came out, I called a second time with the same result and on my third call to them I was told "Look, lady, we,ll call you don't call us!" In the winter my rain gutters, down spouts and front porch are frozen solid. Don't waste your money. This company does not stand... read more
