Buyer Beware The Gutter Works installed heating tape on my roof in my rain gutters and downspouts. It worked that first winter and then stopped working. I called them and asked if they would send someone out to see why it wasn't working. They said yes, but no one came out, I called a second time with the same result and on my third call to them I was told "Look, lady, we,ll call you don't call us!"
