Dr. Sid made me feel comfortable before my colonoscopy by explaining the procedure and followed up after the procedure by reviewing what he had done and what to expect regarding lab results.
To be honest, Dr. Bhardwaj was better than I expected. I thought it would be a quick 10-15 min questions-answers, guess the diagnose and I'm out. But Dr. Bhardwaj actually took the time to listen to me and learn about me, understanding that the things I do, and my behavior can help figure out the issues. He was personal and patient and understood my worries. He made me felt assured that we'll figure my issue out or we'll try something else, but we're not going to give up. The staff at this facility (The Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology - East at Gateway) were very informative and friendly,. My interaction with the doctor was brief as I didn't really have anything left to ask or discuss by the time we met, but he is certainly supported by a great staff.
This was a get acquainted visit and an initial evaluation of some constipation symptoms. We decided on a colonoscopy. Waiting to engage for that service. The doctor was quite professional and informative. I look forward to working with him on the colonoscopy
