As the name suggests....we are known for our Braveheart Angus beef patties. We use a 73/27 fresh chuck patty. It's seasoned and then baked to perfection in our convection ovens to ensure a juicy, flavorful, and fresh cooked patty. We prefer single or double 4oz patties to serve up a great burger in a timely manner. Quaint little place...the Fat Panda may be the best sandwich on the planet!!!

I found Sidestreet on Yelp and am so glad I did! I had fat panda, loaded wedges and bread pudding. Simply awesome!! I leave Memphis on Friday and will definitely be back by then to try something else. Maybe the burger or shrimp po boy or mahi taco??????
