Awful. From greeting, receptionist, room changing/s, people constantly moving around like chicken without heads, personnel ever changing and running berserk, even doctors running crazy between rooms and other patience without knowing who, where, and what they do, everything was awful. Do not waist your money. Most important, do not put your life into these 'dirty' hands.
I went to Dr. Sideris as an emergency patient. I was in a lot of pain... I have a dentist in New York, however I was working from home. Dr. Sideris and staff were so welcoming, he was able to see me same day. I have decided to alternate dentists. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could not have had a better experience.
I love Dr Sideris and his staff! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist that I had (Lorrie) was very thorough, gentle, and very nice to talk to. Dr Sideris came in for my exam and his chairside manner was fantastic. He's very kind and caring. He made appropriate recommendations based on my situation and I always feel very confident in his dentistry. I have never had a bad experience there in all my years of going there. I highly recommend this office!
I recently went to have a cleaning at Dr. Sideris's office. I thought the hygienist was very thorough and polite. I have a hard time going to the dentist and had a wonderful experience. The staff made me feel safe and aware of everything going on. I've always hated going to the dentist for various reasons but this office made me feel better about it. I would highly recommend my family and friends to Dr. Sideris.
I have been going to Dr. Sideris for 4 years and I absolutely love this office! Their hygienists are great and very knowledgeable, as well as the dr himself. I trust him completely with my care and have never had an issue. The staff is very helpful and kind as well. I'm not sure why the negative comments below but my family and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have referred other friends to him as well and they all love this office as well.
This is a terrible Dentist. He lies to his patients, recommends treatments that aren't necessary. His staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Do NOT go to Steven Sideris. You will regret it.
There are many reasons I would not recommend this office, but the main one being they recommend fillings for cavities that don't exist. I was told my son had 6 cavities to fill and when I took him for a second opinion (without sharing any info) it turned out he only had 2!
