The worst apartment I have Ever rented. Maintenance is a joke. They typically raise your rent $100 yearly! They have hired the absolute worst snow removal company, so if you have a job to go to, do not park in their lot.
I really truly wish I could give a negative 10 for these people! They are the people, OWNERS.... that have no issues kicking out a 76 year old Disabled Elderly woman, Because she has a service dog... They bought the place and decided they do not want dogs... just cats. They managed to side step the federal laws regarding service dogs...and refused to renew her lease. I have rented from Sidello properties at two separate locations and had been happy. I have determined that I was happy as nothing had ever gone wrong with the house. Now that there are major repairs, it has taken Ken Sidello 6 months to make the necessary fixes to the property. Unfortunately, that is not the worst part of the situation. He has consistently promised and missed deadlines and has lied to me and the carpenter in charge to dissuade any accountability on his part for poor property management. Beware! Worst rental experience in 20 years! Amy Sidello will lie and scheme to get every last penny out of you. They are very unprofessional, rude, and never return your calls. Rotten egg smell coming from water heater and no response from management in over 6 months. Sidello will refuse to give u a copy of your walk through upon move out so they can keep your security deposit. Beware and stay away.
