Dr.Cloud was very supportive, patience with mewhat, I like was he is working with me and trying so many different plan's that will fit me. My grandmother was in a rehabilitation facility due to falling and injuring her knees. The rehabilitation facility said she would never walk again. They only gave her pain medication for knee pain & and swelling and kept suggesting to admit her into their nursing home. I told them she would be going home and not to a nursing home! Today , I had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Dr. Cloud. First, Steve was very professional and warm. Ask he escorted me to the room. He apologized for the waited. He was very attended to what was going on with me. Ask I waited for the steps of treatment. Steve came back and explained and kept me updated. Secondly, Dr. Cloud so kind. He explained what was happening. He made sure that I was comfortable. Nice bedside manners. As they prepare for the treatment, both Steve and Dr. Cloud worked well together.
