I had the worst hair color of my life here. First the lightener for my balayage was left in too long, frying my hair and leaving it white at the ends (I have darker blonde hair). Then when I was visibly upset, another stylist recommended putting a glaze on top, which left my hair yellow. After I left, I discovered spots and streaks throughout. I had to pay 3x the amount spent on the initial color to partially correct it. I've called multiple times to get a refund with no answer.
Love, love, love my transformation! Morgan did wonders for my lifeless hair.
Morgan is a genius at what she does! She completely transformed my colored, damaged hair and gave me beautiful natural looking highlights! Definitely will be the only salon I go to from now on.

Called Sidetracks looking for a quick cut. I am growing out my hair after a nasty botched perm and cut at a different salon. Morgan looked at my hair, lifted the back, went "ACK!" and then proceeded to fix it in the next thirty minutes. I LOVE the work she did, and after a year of bouncing from salon to salon, it feels SO GOOD to find someone I am happy to go back to again! Thank you, Morgan!! You gave me my umph back!
I am not one to ever leave a negative review but for the purpose of saving someone the trauma and money, I had the worst experience of my life here. I was inexperienced in coloring my hair and my stylist rushed her way through and did not give me any information on what she was doing and why. I left looking like a candy cane/skunk/ Cruella De Vil. In tears I ran into a different salon and had to pay an arm and a leg to fix her sloppy job.... To each their own, but I'll never return
