I tried to find help for myself. While I had called Sheronda had answered as I explained to her it’s my first time if she can help me . She was very rude, unprofessional she sounded like she didn’t want to help me. As I understand sometimes customer service can be frustrating I did apologize to her the inconvenience that it’s my first time. She continued to be annoyed and told me to figure it out. This really discouraged me to find help.

I am so grateful for Side by Side. I have found it difficult to find the best therapist while being dependent on what is available through my insurance plan. Working with Krista and the team here at side by side has been amazing. They are easy to reach, and easy to communicate with, making it possible to receive the proper information and care that you deserve as a human. Reaching out for help is hard enough, Side by Side has made this process so much easier, I am already on my path to healing not stuck in the system.
