Last year (2022 tax year) I gave Dr. Siddiqi 2 properties that were poorly managed (property tax wise) by Texas Tax Protest. The county tried to increase both properties by more than 50%!! However, Dr. Siddiqi was able to significantly reduce them to only a 7% increase. This tremendously saved me a lot of money. I will be continuing with him and giving him my whole portfolio now!
These folks take the hassle and worry out of keeping up with your property taxes and obtaining the best results. I just send them my papers and forget it!
This man is a big liar, he never answers my phone calls, lies about doing the work, do not do business with him, I don't know how he is getting away with this, he is real scammer! He does not do the work he says he is going to do.
Mr Siddiqi is Biggest Lier he doesn't do anything for your property he only bills and threat you. Plus he doesn't reply his email and phone calls he run business from home so you can't basicly contact him. extremely unprofessional he took lots of my money. please save yourself do not get trap from this Scammers.
I have been double billed and paid and he didn't respond after four emails and voice mails. He never answers his phone and rolls to his voicemail which is very unprofessional. He has sent my statements to by my brother's home multiple times which is a breach of privacy. I would never do business with him ever again. I wish there was a way to give him negative stars.
