Everything went well until I picked up the car. The explanation of features wasn't good. I indicated this on a survey sent to me. The salesman then confronted me by text, blaming me that he was punished for the poor demonstration of features! The sales manager offered to redo the demonstration, so I eagerly came in. This next salesman was rushed and rude, treating me like I was slow. I have a bitter taste in my mouth from this whole thing and hope to forget it all.
I bought a car and the money grubbers set up the loan such that extra payments can't go to principle and doesn't decrease the amount of interest on the loan.
Right now I'm not too impressed with the Lincoln Location on 56th and O street. I've had great help from the sales rep Trey through this experience but the GM Bill Cook has not be treating me well. Definitley contemplating taking my business elsewhere.
Picked up my new car yesterday. Despite me not being excited about having to get a new car the team here made it such a positive experience. Mostly Daryl. Daryl was our walk up salesman who took the initiative to approach us while walking around. He was very kind, honest, and everything felt genuine. He helped get a great deal lined up for the vehicle he strongly felt was everything i was looking for and spent hours with me the first day and never made me feel rushed. Saturday we purchased our second car from Sid Dillon. Jamie Jordening went above and beyond for my husband and I and has been very helpful and understanding along the way!
