I have been going to Sid Dillon Nissan for many years. I have now just bought my third car from them. I bought a 2019 Ultima and a 2017 Nissan Sentra SV. I just bought a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV CRT. This is the first brand new car that I have bought. Sherry and Duane were both very helpful. I am always glad to see sherry’s smiling face when I go in for service work done. I worked with Nate and Duane to purchase my new vehicle. Everything they did was great and they were very helpful and knowledgeable in the process. I appreciate the extra effort put in by Nate to make the process go smooth. Once I was done with Nate I had to speak with another guy named Amed, this part was awful. My excitement went from great to not great once I met with Amed. I have now taken my 2020 Nissan Kicks in for service 3 times, twice for a clicking sound when under power taking off and turning. Both times they said it is not the cv joint and it is still happening. The last time, all the dash lights came on including a malfunction warning and my car went into limp mode. I call the service department and scheduled the first appointment available. My family and I had a very frustrating experience with Sid Dillon. I had called to inquire about a vehicle, I spoke with Blake. He informed me that the car was still available and we had agreed that my family and I would stop in and look at the vehicle at 5pm. I showed up at 5pm at the south location where I was informed that the vehicle was located at the 56th and O location.
