We have been fortunate enough to buy multiple vehicles from multiple Sid Dillon locations, from Max Thompson (no relation) for our Ram and Rahmir Johnson for our Tuscon both were professionals and willing to help with what we were looking to do. One star is too high. My wife and I drove from Omaha to test drive a vehicle, made an appointment and everything. Upon arrival, we were told that the car was not there it was at the other Lincoln location. So we got in the car to drive to the other location, calling ahead to apologize for being late for the appointment. When we called we were told “don’t waste your time, we aren’t selling Palisades right now because of a recall” This was the same person that scheduled our appointment two days prior.
