Rude staff, overpriced second hand clothes that you could get from any thrift store and or Depop, won’t get more than $15-$20 for items you sell even if they take more than 1-2 things. just most importantly terrible service.

The girl with the short bangs, and glasses is way too rude and needs to have some training on how to talk to customers asap. The staff is actually so rude it makes me want to hurl. There’s only one nice girl there and she’s brand new I’m pretty sure bc I come here a lot. Tell me how I walk in and just get stared at, then have them go and talk about me while I’m shopping? Then when I ask about a stain and if I could get a discount I’m told “oh we don’t know if the stain is washable or not so we can’t” um…. Last I checked ever... read more

I really didn’t want to make a review but after the 3 times of me selling clothes there and only getting $15-$20 for brand new items 285) tags on and or things that are similar to the items I’ve seen them sell for a lot more in store. This store was a bit disappointing. Pros are that they had inclusive sizing and had some really cute pieces. The people were nice too. But the store has Old Navy and Target clothes for way too much money. They carry name brand shoes but they're dirty and worn out. The pricing of everything doesn't match the quality or brands.
