Terrible. Waited for a half hour after placing the order through their ridiculous AI phone agent. Got the text that our food was ready and then upon arrival was informed that they didn’t have the pizza. Said we’d have to wait a half hour for them to cook one. No offer to make up for it in any way, not even a simple apology. Acted like we were burdening them for having the audacity to place an order. We ate the garlic knots and pizza and YUM! You can tell the dough is homemade. It was so so so good!
My husband and I, along with our four kids, stopped at Sicily’s Pizza for dinner after spending the day exploring Helen, GA’s charming little German town. The pizza was excellent—hot, fresh, and full of flavor, with a perfectly crisp crust, plenty of cheese, and generous toppings that everyone at the table enjoyed.
