Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? No, it didn't feel like they cleaned them Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed
