Lol love that they didnt start Prior Authorization until the day before for a scan scheduled 3 months in advance. Classic!
I have never successfully had imaging done here. Last year I scheduled an MRI for first thing on a Monday. Friday afternoon I had a series of calls telling me they had to cancel because the machine was broken. Based on the below, that probably wasn't true. Recently, I needed to have a CT appointment. They hold time to schedule is pretty long. When I did speak to someone, they said they'd call me back and then didn't. My husband has had both CT and MRI scans as part of his cancer testing. Scans have always been on time and personnel very nice and accommodating.
I have had imaging at Sibley many times & always a professional Tec & never a bad experience.
The wait time is terrible, appointment at 1:15 waited over 2 hours to have a imaging completed, also having to walk far to use the bathroom after being told to drink fluifs. John Hopkins has to do better.
