This place is a nightmare come to life. Do not come here. I made the mistake of coming despite the reviews. I arrived around 8 pm in severe pain, and at almost 3 am I was still in the same excruciating pain. I understand that if I’m not actively dying, I may not be the top priority. I recently visited the emergency room and left feeling very disappointed with the experience. During the first 2.5 hours, two different staff members came in to ask the same questions but did nothing in terms of care. My husband had to request ice packs for my visibly swollen shoulders and a blanket for me. While I understand wait times can vary, this part of the experience was still frustrating. Modern and clean Hospital with professional staff . Wait time is minimal . Nice private rooms . Good Doctors and Nurses .
I had two experiences here this week. Far better than other hospitals. Timing was probably fortuitous, but I have to say that they took decent care of me, fed me, and I had a private room. It sure beats WHC.
Will admit wait time isn’t always good, but that is part of an ER. We’ve gone multiple times, and always had good doctors, nurses, techs and even the check-in staff. Would like to sen my compliments to Dr Patrick Ragle, Dr Blanton, D’Angelo at the front desk, and all the excellent staff - that step in and help with a smile. I wish I had more names to send out praises. First hospital where we have not been shamed, very empathetic staff. Thank you!
