So sad of seeing human being acting like this.
This is the worse experience ever, they make you wait for hours because their nurse decided that you are not critical, yes usually you go to ER just because!! Stay away from this hospital, workers from Giant treat you better then workers from this Hospital, they showed 0 compassion, they are just rude and annoyed they have to be there. So sad!!!
We had to wait for 6hours to meet doctor. I am wondering why they call this as emergency. Worst service and very slow process.
This place is a nightmare come to life. Do not come here. I made the mistake of coming despite the reviews. I arrived around 8 pm in severe pain, and at almost 3 am I was still in the same excruciating pain. I understand that if I’m not actively dying, I may not be the top priority. But there should at least be an attempt to manage the pain or investigate what’s causing it. The job cannot be only to make sure patients don’t die.
