One star. We arrived at 3 PM and left at 9 PM with no treatment. My wife came in with mastitis — a condition that is straightforward to diagnose and treat — but the staff here made it complicated. We waited four hours before anyone even asked us for the name of her doctor so they could call. Why wasn’t that asked at intake? The ER was not crowded during our visit, which makes clear this is a problem of staff effort and efficiency, not capacity. If you have an actual emergency, do not come here. The building is nice.
So sad of seeing human being acting like this.
This is the worse experience ever, they make you wait for hours because their nurse decided that you are not critical, yes usually you go to ER just because!! Stay away from this hospital, workers from Giant treat you better then workers from this Hospital, they showed 0 compassion, they are just rude and annoyed they have to be there. So sad!!!
