Arrived at 11pm and left at 7am...did not see a doctor-at all. That should be enough to make you think twice about going to this ER.
Don’t even bother. The staff is rude, slow, and no updates. Don’t expect to be seen. My 70 year old mom waited 4 hours with a bleeding head. Update 7 hours after my mom’s injury: After 4 hours at the ER, we asked the receptionist if my mom could expect to be seen by a Doctor soon or if would be possible to receive her CT report if we chose to go home. The best ER experience ever compared to other DC or regional hospitals. Very professional medical staff - doctors, nurses, technicians, assistants !! 5 stars. Would be happy to give 10 stars if I could !! Thank you so much to the great, knowledgeable and hard working staff at Sibley Hospital !!!
I came in waited and had my stitches taken out in like 15 minutes total , thank you 🙏🏽
They were very attentive to my concerns as I’ve been dealing with processing issues from a previous accident months ago. They are so patient and deal with a lot and I love how concerned they were and actually took time to listen to my major concerns and wouldn’t cut me off like other providers because they think what you’re saying is insignificant. (My 6th ER visit this year of ‘26 and I came in August.) just make sure you communicate and remember your symptoms and be succinct.
