My friend is in dire pain, has waited for 1.5 hours no bed, trying to lay down in a make shift bed pulling chairs together in waiting room, this is inhumane, no doctor I site
I had a very traumatic experience last week. I came to visit the ER. Upon entering the treatment room, a nurse, an African woman whose name I unfortunately did not catch, began drawing my blood before taking any vital signs or asking about my primary concern. I advised her that my veins can be difficult to access and asked whether she could use an alternative approach. Horrible emergency room. Do not go here. I was in the ER for 7 hours and seen by my doctor once. He gave me little to no explanation and I continuously got more sick. After 4 hours of asking, my nurse finally gave me an IV with water even though I continuously told her that my blood pressure was dropping. I am not one to leave a bad review however this was inexcusable. Dr. Brett Adam Linowes, MD and his nursing staff were horrendous. Do not go to Sibley if you have allergies or asthma. Im from out of town. Have rare chemical preservative allergies and had an anaphylaxis event 10 days ago requiring 12 hrs of breathing treatments and 100 mg prednisone plus ivs. I go to sibley with asthma ( I'm a women whose throat is so constricted I sound like George Burns). 7 hrs, lots of tests, the nurse from hell who refused to give me water. No budesoride. Saw Dr for 3 minutes after 7 hrs. No info given on bloodwork. I may have just gone to a vet. I would still get no... read more
