Get directionsOn January 23, I was a patient at Sibley Memorial Hospital for cosmetic surgery. From the admittance staff to the discharge procedure, I had such excellent care and found the people so caring. I would like to highly praise the anesthesiologist - a lovely lady whose name I cannot recall (I am sorry about that) - she explained the process every step of the way, and put me at ease. Post surgical care at this hospital was beyond poor and nonexistent . The nurse manager of the orthopedic floor Meagan was rude and disrespectful. Some nurses going to nursing because they love the field others go in it for the money. Meagan exhibits a complete lack of managerial skills, nor empathy for the patient which made my hospital stay horrific, Uncaring completely unacceptable. The nurses aid assigned to me was lazy and provided nonexistent care. Everything was not her job. it’s Really sad when someone’s flat on thei... read more
I’d rather be shot in the head then continue to be not helped by the people who claim to be doctors at this hospital. Everyone there is inattentive and incompetent.

The nurses gave me the impression that it was the first time they were doing everything they tried to do. When the R.N. left my area, he quipped, “I’d give you a (call) button, but frankly they annoy me.” He said to my partner, “If you need me, I’ll be sitting right out here.” When I needed him, he was not sitting right out t... read more
