The investment property market in downtown Santa Barbara is one of the toughest in California. Supply is very tight and it takes expert local knowledge to identify and purchase a good property. SiBelle has really been instrumental in orienting me on the market and sifting through the noise with focus on ROI. A few years ago I had decided to take a job in Santa Barbara.
