Horrible service!! The lady scammed me for 300 dlls for basic tax prep after finding out what H&R charged me last year (That was the reason I didnt went back to H&R). She even messed up with the account number I filed for my tax return resulting in a delay of my tax return of two months!! I tried calling her to see if she could help me fix that situation and she even got the nerve to get mad.
