Best hair salon experience I’ve ever had! Shyloh was obviously very knowledgeable and explained everything she did multiple times, so I could replicate it at home. She showed me how to bring out my hair’s natural waves using a routine that is not as intensive as your typical curly girl method. She was also extremely sweet and easy to talk to (I am introverted) and jumped through hoops to make me as comfortable as possible. I had an amazing experience. Shyloh was very accommodating! She was really good about explaining everything about my hair and it's needs in a way I could understand. The ability to customize the environment, to a certain extent, is also a really great touch that you just don't get from salons!
