Frustrated with this place and their lack of communication and just being clear. I call for an appointment for a therapist . Am told to call back the next day as phone consultations are booked up for the day. I call the next day, am then told I should have called first thing in the morning as they are booked up… didn’t know that. So I call back again the next day . Am told they have an opening . I love my Dr Dasia McClain she is really trying to get me stable.
Very clean place, pleasant atmosphere. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Very comfortable atmosphere.
Go somewhere else! Can’t get my medication and when I do it’s not the correct one. The medical assistant doesn’t even answer the phone or get back to you. SMH!
