This is the best camera shop I have ever found! I have a small digital camera that I love. When the shutter started sticking, I visited several shops and also called the camera maker. No one was hopeful, suggesting it be sent back to the manufacturer to look at--at a cost of more than I paid for the camera--or that I just find a new camera. I stopped in the Shutterbug on Broadway in Portland on the off chance they would look at it. Not only did they look at it, they fixed it in 10 minutes and refused to charge me. Great Customer Service – My wife and I recently went in there and purchased a new camera prior to our honeymoon. Andrew helped us out and spent close to an hour with us educating us on what camera would meet our needs. Their whole team worked to ensure we left happy and with a camera that we could use for years to come. I would highly recommend them.
