I can NOT believe the above review that I just read. I have used Shutter Services at my office, and home. Their service is top notch and their prices are more than reasonably priced. When I called around and priced shutters, not only were they available to come when it was convenient for us, their customer service was one of the best I have ever seen from ANY company. Terrible company. They came out for a service call to check on my aluminum Hurricanes shutters to see if in working order. I had just moved into the house and wanted to be sure they were OK. Came out and sprayed around some silicone never check the knobs on my shutters to be sure they would be secure when close during a hurricane. The service was minimal. I called back because when hurricane Matthew was coming through the shutters would not be secured The knobs did not fit into the holes. They said there would be another cha... read more
