My order is on the never never plan, so I need to cancel. This is the 3rd appointment that was not kept I have my order if you need a copy. It has been since May and I really would like my shutters, so I will contract with someone that wants my business and can deliver a product.
DO NOT use this company!! I wish I had read these reviews before hand. The owner Scott Bray seemed very nice and professional when I first met him and signed the contract. He estimated it would take 6-8 weeks. At 10 weeks I had heard anything so I contacted him. He said they had me on the schedule for an install date of July 10-15. delivery of the shutters is bothersome, I signed a contract and gave my 50% of order and their 8 week delivery is now at 12 weeks and I want my shutters. I used this company because in the past they always put in my shutter but somethings has gone wrong with the management and planning. After these I will have to look for another company, like Shutter Shack??
This business is the worst business we have ever dealt with. Ordered shutters from them, gave them a deposit, and it was months of no shutters, no answer of phone, no return call, I was given owners cell phone numbers, and tried calling them, still answer... Finally went down to their office which they were moving, spoke with "Rose", which they finally delivered & installed.. Avoid this shutter company! I should have checked the BBB review before I ordered my shutter. I order the shutter and the drapes through another company (Frieda Ross Drapery, which is also bad in products and services), which outsourced the shutters to Shutter Crafters. Took Shutter Crafters three trips (and 2 months) to measure the 4 windows, install the shutters. The shutters look cheap and bad quality. Do NOT use this company.
