My garage door spring broke and I had somebody from Shumsky Door replace it. They also pointed out other (rusted) parts on the door that needed replacement, which I did. It was a very reasonable price for all the work and I believe the job was of high quality. Would definitely call them again for a garage door project.
Cass Shumsky just finished an emergency garage door service for our home - he is and always has been prompt, professional, and efficient. Emergencies - quick response always. His prices are extremely competitive, the best around given his very high quality work. He is the go-to door guy!
I have no details to share as I never get a response from this company. I used them years ago to replace the bottom panel on my garage door. The tech that showed up did a decent job back in 2014. Since then I contacted Shumsky in 2016 to replace frayed cables...NO Response. In 2022 I contacted Shumsky for a quote on replacing an opener and to replace the two springs. I never received the quote as this company does not respond to any message left through their website. There are far better options available.
I could not have been happier with the quick response and professional way they handled my call for service. The female who answered the call was great, very polite, and listened to me talk about the problem with my door, having very little experience with garage doors. The technician Cass was personable and you could see that he immediately knew what the problems were. He fixed everything in a couple hours and set me up for a worry free garage door for the future, at a more than reasonable price.
Professional and honest! Had a garage door torsion cable replaced by him and he did it fast.
