Nelson installed a new evaporator coil for me today. He was on time, friendly and professional. If I owned a company, I would want all my employees to be like him.
Angela at the front desk was very rude very short and very abrasive. When I called to ask for information I got absolutely nothing. I tried to explain my Simple question and she complained that she had other things to do. Who acts like that? And who would want that representing their company?
I have been a customer of Shumate for my HVAC needs for 9 years, and I continue to be very impressed with this company. This morning at 7:00 am, we discovered our water heater was leaking. I expected to leave a message and hope for a call back later, but to my surprise, someone answered right away. Within minutes, I received a call from Jeremy, who manages the plumbing team. Cody saved the day! Burst pipe on my water heater, and he fixed it within an hour and cleaned up afterwards . We also use Shumate for our heating and air.
These guys are real pros from the maintenance guys, to the techs, to the top engineers. We only use Shumate and we are not easy graders.
