Never again. 2 visits, $400 charge for a $10 part, and I still have the same A/C noise issue. My wife asked the Manager if the $10 relay was marked up 2,000% ($200 part and $200 labor), and he said yes it was. Live and learn. Hopefully Shumate won't ask me to contact them for resolution as my wife spent 2 days leaving messages without any promised return calls. Shumate is simply one of those companies that you can depend on for courteous and knowledgeable service. We have been with them for years and they have never disappointed. Easy to set up visits and make online payment. Very organized. Never disappointed.

Excellent service, quality products and fantastic employees. Bought HVAC from them with maintenance- excellent. Just utilized their plumbing service. Really really great!
