Had an unexpected condensation drain line clog late this morning triggering a sensor to stop our upstairs A/C system from cooling. Called Shumate and spoke to a service coordinator and he had a crew on their way to our house in 5 minutes. They arrived in 20 minutes and it took them 54 minutes (from their service report) to analyze, assess and complete the unclogging of the line and restored our A/C unit to functioning properly. Senior Supervisory Tech Ennever knows his stuff (goes without saying) but he is a master at communicating how the system works (or fails).
Bad drivers that make everyone wait bc they got in the wrong lane. Correct your mistake. Don’t make 50 people wait in morning rush hour so you can cut over. Horrible company. I see them all the time driving terribly and cutting people off. Use anyone else.
