The service provided is absolutely great. Very professional staff. Issue is scheduling future appointments. On the day of my appointment, they were scheduling seven (7) and eight (8) months out for a regular cleaning. Not really patient friendly if you work 8 - 5 weekdays, and some weekends.
I had my first visit today with Kim and Dr Volasin! I was blown away with the office, atmosphere and care I received. I felt so comfortable and welcomed as a new patient… Thank you for all you do!
Dr. Schwab is the best! I would recommend him to anyone!

For someone who dreads going to the dentist, my first experience in your office was great. Beth my hygienist was very considerate of my teeth sensitivity and did everything possible to make me comfortable. The dentist was very personable and gentle.
Tonight I called to make an appointment as I was having a dental problem. The staff was very attentive and made arrangements for me to be seen today. Even though it was late, I was still treated as an important person and not rushed. They helped me greatly and I left feeling much better. The thoroughness and quality of care was beyond my expectations. Thank you for all you do!

I have been going to Shuman & Schwab for two years or so. I’ve definitely noticed quite the rotation in my experience when it comes to not seeing the same faces that I love. I just went in for a cleaning today and had the most gentle, polite and caring hygienist, Lauren. She tended to me with care and continuously checked in with me throughout the whole cleaning. She was compassionate, tentative, and gave great feedback/suggestions on how to help me keep up on my dental health while being pregnant.
