Not recommended ! Very arrogant, and NOT female friendly. The appraiser did not spend 10 minutes in a 5,000 sq.foot home. Appraisal was for a dissolution settlement. Appraiser came across as though I was trying to cheat the husband out of something. Home went on the open market 3 months after the Shultz appraisal. The home sold in 7 days.
