This has been the best experience I have had with an appraisal company everyone was very polite and professional. They were also very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions and concerns.i would be hiring them again in the future

Beware if the buyer insists on using this appraiser! Total scam as we found out that they work with the buyer to come up with a favorable value for the buyer. As others have said, get another appraisal! It’s well worth the money. Your house will likely appraise 15-20% below its actual value.

Not recommended ! Very arrogant, and NOT female friendly. The appraiser did not spend 10 minutes in a 5,000 sq.foot home. Appraisal was for a dissolution settlement. Appraiser came across as though I was trying to cheat the husband out of something. Home went on the open market 3 months after the Shultz appraisal. The home sold in 7 days.
