Came in for a noise in my sunroof. They agreed they could duplicate and could fix the problem. The issues was bigger than expected…. The issue also resulted in: My windshield needing replaced. Had truck all day. I called said they just pulled it in 20 min later said it's done. Billed me for 2.5 hrs. Not friendly. Needed warranty motor and gave me run around.
Garbage service department. They don't answer the phone, even though they are all sitting there, not servicing anyone. The third time I called I was at the dealer, still just let it go to voicemail while I could literally see them. Asked for a simple code scan but wanted me to drop the vehicle off, inconveniencing the customer for something simple.
