Ripoff - My wife went to tha Shults Express Lube and oil in lakewood on Fairmont avd and had an simple oil change and was charged $60 after waiting for over an hour. No pricess were displayed. There is no other garage in the area that even comes close to charging that much. Monroe Muffler charges only $25. And what ever happened to express? They took an hour to get my wife car, more interested in the signage they were buying. Frank in the used car section in Jamestown really went out to help us find the best car for our budget. There was a 2011 Subaru Outback trade in I really wanted. After the mechanic looked it over, they wouldn't even let me buy it, because it had too many problems. Totally trust them!!
This week, I had my car detailed at Shultz Express. I can’t say enough about how happy I was when I got into my car!! I just sat there and felt like it was Christmas! Bought a used truck got a fair price, truck had less than a quarter tank of gas had to stop and get gas to get truck home. Have called with a few questions guess my messages get lost in voice mail because I never get any return calls.
