Great service, friendly staff, honest assessments
Used Mark for a few years and never had an issue. However our son’s car wouldn’t start so we had it towed to his shop a few weeks ago. Called and went by twice after not hearing from him. Finally heard from him and his demeanor wasn’t what we had ever experienced. He was very short and dismissive, wouldn’t allow us the opportunity to really explain the problem.Thought maybe he was having a bad day, but after several conversations later it was obvious that this wasn’t an isolated incident.
