So far not sure how good they work with the pest control problem I will let you know after they have treated my home but they were very courteous and understanding. They were able to explain all my questions. But they did not keep their word He told me if the first trip didn't fix the problem he would do it for free he lied and charged me 80 more dollars using the same stuff I bought off an Internet site so I went to Walmart and bought Combat Gold Max and now I have no critters
