A HUGE disappointment – They brought out my steak raw rather than medium rare. This would have been okay but not great (although if they used their thermometer like every other steak house it shouldn't have happened) BUT..... they pulled everything off the table when they took the steak back, we figured that was to keep them warm (or replace them with warm) when they brought the steak back - NOPE they brought the same items back to the table COLD. Disappointing – We were entertaining clients in private dining room; service was below average & inattentive; when waiter read menu & gave prices at a private party where it was known we were paying for all, giving prices is inappropriate; many staeks not prepared to order; dessert were served & where is coffee; we had to go out in lobby to find wait staff; help!! sure didn't meet our expectations in saying thank you to our clients.

This was a dissapointment – I was really looking forward to dinner at Shula's but was very dissapointed in the entire experience. We arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation but they wouldn't seat us right away dispite the fact that there were plenty of open tables (yeah, didn't make sense to me either). The menu is on a football which you get a quick look at while the waiter/ess stares at you awaiting your order. The biggest upset was the steaks. So underated!!! – I've been to numerous steakhouses in Chicago, but Shula's is by far the best. The filet is cooked to perfection, just melting in your mouth. Even the sides are wonderful!!! Don't miss this underated steakhouse.

Famous football coach's elegant spot draws a corporate crowd to the Sheraton Hotel. – In Short This low-lit restaurant displays memorabilia of the undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins and their coach (now restaurateur) Don Shula. The show-and-tell platter showcases seven cuts of beef, plus vegetables and lobster. The steak tartare appetizer is served with anchovies, chives and rye rounds. Shula's signature cut is the 48-ounce porterhouse; lamb, chicken and fish round out the menu. Desserts include red-velvet cake.

Cowboy Steak the best – Had the Cowboy Steak with Creamed Spinach. It just doesn't get any better than this. The service was top notch professional. Didn't have room for dessert. If you like vodka try the '3'(Brand Name) vodka. Real smooth! Had a group meeting in the private dining room. It was a real hit. (Ask for Sandra, she will take good care of your group)

The Best! – Shula's is the best steak house in the city. The steak is tender, juicy and flavorful. The sides were plentiful and tasty. The food is a bit pricy but worth every penny. The only thing I didn't like was that the menu is on an actual football. Everytime I tried to pass it to someone at the other table, the waitress grabbed my arm.
