Tried to be a Good Samaritan. Found a Rolex and asked them to find the serial number. They returned the watch to me in pieces and told me no one would repair it because I wasn’t the rightful owner. I found the owner and returned the $30,000 watch, but I won’t forget the fact they insinuated I was a thief. They’ll never see a sale from me.
Very disappointed in my experience. Dropped off a Bulova watch in November for repairs. Watch wasn't returned until March with the exact same problem that existed when I submitted it for repairs. They refused to credit my account for the charges. I guess I will have to challenge the charge with my credit card company. Had previously heard great things about them and sincerely wish that had been my experience.
