Staff is HORRIBLE had my mom scheduled for an endoscopy and colonoscopy they confirmed everything the DAY BEFORE made her drink some for the procedure. They call her the day of the procedure one hour before to say the insurance didn’t cover this. Like HOW DO U NOT HAVE THIS APPROVAL days before the procedure. Worst part is when I spoke to some very UNPLEASANT UNPROFESSIONAL GUY in this office he then proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible service hope the doctor can see this so he can see the type of people running his office
I was treated as an emergency for stuck gallstones. He was an amazing GI and made me feel extremely safe and comfortable! Would recommend to anyone in need of care .
Wonderful doctor, gave me the best care. Talked about all my symptoms and order a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. The only problem is I’ve been trying to pay my bill. They said they accept Zelle which I have, but don’t know the recipients address or phone number to send it. Now I’ve called many times to get through to the right person to help me with this and either billing office can’t help and left messages to dr office… never heard from anyone. Guess I’ll have to buy a stamp and envelopes so I can pay them. Very frustrating... read more
My mother has seen Dr. Shukla, and he is such a great, professional doctor. His bedside manner is impeccable, he takes the time to listen to my moms complaints and provides great solutions and recommendations. He is always available to address any questions or concerns and is very competent in his field of work. If you are looking for a gastroenterologist, I highly recommend Dr. Shukla!
