We’ve had an ongoing issue with our furnace starting in January of this year and the same issues have come about again in October. Thurston and Chad have each come out to our house several times to look at it / replace parts in a very timely manner. After replacing several parts, it seems like the issue has been fixed. They are also very responsive and never hesitate to come to our house to take a look at things. Highly recommend Harold Shuck!
After my call to them they were at my house with in hours. Had a plan in place with estimates by the afternoon. Came the next day for installation of new tankless hot water heater. Completed the job in 1 day. Very quick. Great experience.
