I was surprised at how quickly they came, as my problem was a heating problem,not a cooling one. The repairman came, did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and left. He was pleasant and professional. I have friends who have used other heating and cooling providers and not been nearly as satisfied as I have been with Mr. Shuck.
Jake was very knowledgeable and honest. He figured out how to drain a new water softener when others could not. My skin and hair thank him so much. Cathy
This businesses' Customer Service is second to none. We were in need of assistance with our hot water heater, and the repairman was there in no time, and fixed the problem.
