I would highly recommend Shu with Compass realty to handle the sale of your home. Shu is very knowledgeable with the North end in Tacoma and is always current with trends in the surrounding neighborhoods. He has contractor referrals to help tidy up details in your home. Any questions we had were quickly answered and he was always available by phone. Our sale went quick despite others in the neighborhood remaining unsold.
Buying a home from across the country sounds stressful. Working with Shu made it feel manageable.
