I am extremely unsatisfied with Dr. Malik. Her bedside manner was poor, however after being discharged she has neglected to follow up on a prior authorization. Once I was formally discharged she gave me strict instructions including taking a medication that will heal my ailment and allow me to have an urgent surgery. My insurance company requires a prior authorization for the medication she prescribed and unless I refinance my house I cannot afford this without insurance coverage.
